Coco Collection has launched its summer wellness programme at Coco Bodu Hithi.

The programme will kick off with yogi Cat Meffan, who will be teaching a creative and dynamic vinyasa yoga at sunset on June 13, 15 and 17.

A global yoga teacher, blogger and Youtuber, Cat’s vinyasa yoga will leave you relaxed, especially if you are someone who is always on the move. Her classes are playful and dynamic, and you will no doubt find your feet off the ground at one point or another.

Master Shanshan

Next on the programme is Tai Chi Master Shanshan, who will be bringing her Tai chi spirit to the shores of Coco Bodu Hithi on June 27 and 29 as well as on July 1.

Master Shanshan will be conducting her Tai Chi classes at dawn, and this mind-body practice which originated in China as a martial art, will help you to improve strength, balance, and breathing. This unique experience will also lead you towards a harmonious relationship between humanity and nature, whilst bringing you into a realisation of the greater whole.

Maldivian yogi Shifana

Guests can end the summer of wellness with local Maldivian yogi Shifana, who will be conducting two meditative yoga sessions on July 5 and 12.

Shifana is a renowned personal trainer and fitness instructor from the Maldives with extensive experience and knowledge in the field of health and wellness. She considers yoga her true calling, and she combined her experience in group fitness with her yoga mastery by founding Ayoga Fitness, a boutique yoga centre in Male.
