Dining with the Stars: 9th Edition 2024 at Diamonds Resorts

The Maldives' diverse dining scene is more alive than ever, with an exciting culinary experiences at Diamonds Athuruga and Diamonds Thudufushi resorts from December 2023 to May 2024 with an exclusive collaboration with Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), Martino Crespi events and Diamonds Resorts.
Jeunes Restaurateurs, known for embodying the essence of sharing and promoting a deep-seated love for European gastronomy and culinary craftsmanship, will take centre stage during weekly Gala dinners. Some of the visiting JRE chefs boast Michelin Stars, adding a touch of culinary prestige to the events.
During their stay, JRE chefs will showcase their creativity by presenting signature dishes and conducting interactive cooking classes. The menus will be adapted based on locally sourced ingredients, allowing the chefs to display their culinary prowess in crafting unique and delightful dishes.
The culinary celebration at Diamonds Resorts will feature a lineup of renowned chefs, each contributing their expertise to create an unforgettable dining experience. The participating chefs and their respective time frames are as follows:
- 22/01 – 04/02: Igor Jagodic – Strelec Restaurant Ljubljana, Slovenia
- 05/02 – 18/02: Jan Marrees – Marrees Restaurant Weert, The Netherlands
- 19/02 – 03/03: Vjeko Basic – Boba Restaurant Island of Murter, Croatia
- 04/03 – 17/03: Damien Germanier – Damien Germanier Restaurant Sion, Switzerland
- 18/03 – 31/03: Klemens Schraml – Rau Restaurant Grossraming, Austria
- 01/04 – 14/04: Alessandro Ciriello – L’Horizon Restaurant Chaumont-Gistoux, Belgium
- 15/04 – 28/04: Veselin Kalev – Aestivum Restaurant Zornitza, Bulgaria
- 29/04 – 12/05: Aurelien Michel – Popa Restaurant Le Syndicat, France
