Akshay Kumar enjoys a family holiday in the Maldives

Akshay Kumar and wife Twinkle Khanna has enjoyed a family holiday in the Maldives. The Bolliwood' power couple has been treating fans with their photos of the vacation on their social media.

Akshay Kumar posted a fun video clip showing him going down a water slide using daughter Nitara's fish float during their holiday in the Maldives. Akshay Kumar struggles as he goes down water slide, daughter Nitara can't stop laughing.

In the video, the superstar was seen flaunting his fit body while going on a slide. However, before landing Akshay falls off the slide making it a fun video. He shared the video with a caption stating, “Last day of the holiday…guess who insisted I slide down using her favourite fishy and had a good laugh.” His fans can also see his son’s name tattooed on his back.

The video comes after Twinkle Khanna’s photos, giving a sneak-peek into their holiday. Sharing two photos on Instagram with Akshay, the actor-author wrote, “Couples on Instagram and then in reality. If we all really smiled at each other like we do when someone pulls out a camera, there would be fewer divorces :)” Later, she also expressed her happiness on reuniting with sister Rinke Khanna after a year.

“The best part of this holiday? Meeting my sister after a year and a half. The longest we have been apart in four decades. #KhannaSisters” Twinkle shared.

Now, the actor is all set to start shoot for his next, Ram Setu, in Ayodhya.

India was the top source market for tourism in the Maldives in the year 2020 and remains as the top source market even in 2021. According to statistics publicized by the Tourism Ministry, Indian tourists made up 11.3% of total tourist arrivals to the Maldives in 2020.
