Originally from Estonia, Kristiina speaks Estonian, Russian, English, Chinese and basic German languages. Her Resort career begun in 2011 where she joined Mandarin Oriental, Sanya as Assistant Sales Manager. After exotic island experience, she felt passion for continuing her career in Maldives and discovering beautiful islands by herself. With over 5 year’s experience in Resort sales in Maldives she was a team member of Villa Hotels & Resorts, Splendid Asia and Planhotel Hospitality Group Resorts in Maldives.

At Kihaa Maldives she will be responsible for growing sales and strengthening relationship with partners.
