LISA GOODWIN-ALLEN COMES TO COCO
Lisa Goodwin-Allen, 2022 CATEY Chef of the Year and AYALA SquareMeal Female Chef of the Year Award 2022, is one of the most innovative and exciting chefs in the UK today. Lisa has been Executive Chef at one Michelin star Northcote since October 2017, where she took over the reins at the age of 23.
Lisa’s impressive culinary skills have landed her regular TV appearances. She is a regular guest on James Martin’s Saturday Morning and BBC Morning Live, and has judged and mentored on both MasterChef: The Professionals and Celebrity MasterChef, but is perhaps best known as one of the veteran judge’s on BBC1’s Great British Menu.
We are delighted to welcome Chef Lisa to Coco Bodu Hithi, who will be surprising you with her delicious creations of a 6-course menu, delivering on flavour with an artistic flair that she is best known for. She will also be hosting a special masterclass lunch, where you can learn to whip up a delicious seafood delicacy while dining and chatting with the culinary master herself.

EASTER (ON AN) ISLAND
Easter is fast approaching, and we’re brushing off our bunny costumes to celebrate this exciting holiday!
Indulge in a few glasses of bubbly at our Champagne Breakfast on Easter Sunday over at Coco Bodu Hithi, before embarking in the Golden Egg Hunt with the little ones.
In the evening, kids are invited to take photos with the Easter Bunny while the grown-ups sample our special Easter Cocktails menu. Bring the day to a close with our special Easter Sunday Dinner at Air or try our 5-course celebration dinner at Aqua complete with wine pairings. Don’t forget the after-dinner movie on Latitude Beach!
Over at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu, kids are invited to join our annual egg painting session at the Conch Bar after the sumptuous Easter Breakfast at Cowrie. Afterwards, they can join in some fun games on the beach, before taking part in the Cookie Class in the afternoon.
Easter Sunday would not be complete without the Easter Egg Hunt, held on Cowrie Beach right before sunset. For the adults, we have a Lagoon Lunch with a special wine selection and a Wine Degustation Dinner on the Beach for the evening.

Coco Collection runs two islands — Coco Bodu Hithi and Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu that make up the Coco Collection brand.
Luxurious and contemporary, with superb private pool villas and an idyllic overwater spa - Coco Bodu Hithi, the flagship property in Coco Collection’s portfolio, is a chic retreat where you reconnect with yourself, your loved ones and the wonder of the natural world. Translating island life into contemporary sophistication, the resort, which is accessible by a 40-minute speedboat ride from the main Velana International Airport, offers 100 villas that are surrounded by the calm view of the lagoon and the soothing sound of the waves. There are seven chic restaurants, two open air cocktail bars, extensive thatched overwater Coco Spa and a fitness center (with ocean views!). An uncrowded infinity swimming pool and a large selection of activities, including scuba diving and snorkeling in the lagoon. Despite all these facilities, guests - especially at night - tend to seek privacy in a private getaway, possibly with a bottle from Wine Loft.

This is a top class, but a simple, laid-back package of key Maldives elements - diving, snorkeling, beach, island and accommodation. Half a mile from tip to tip, a private island of medium size is populated with 98 villas. Snorkeling and scuba diving is awesome amd the guests can freely walk between two restaurants, SPA and sports grounds, using shady paths entwining the lush jungle. The removal of the island takes 30 minutes by seaplane from Male airport. Snorkeling and scuba diving is awesome and the resort offers a number of fun tours, but there is no pool on the island.
