Cocoon Maldives, in collaboration with Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation (MMPRC) to host the second iteration of the Maldives International Kite Festival with three world champions. This festival will be hosted at different venues to attract more audiences to experience live Kite performances of 3 world-renowned kite flying champions, Edy Angelino, Guilherme Linares Palau, and Daniel Y. Wu.
The first session of International Kite Festival will be held at Male’, Ekuveni Cricket Ground on 28th September 2019 whereas the second event will be held at Hinnavaru, Lhaviyani Atoll on 04th October 2019. This will be a delighting opportunity for the public to experience live kite flying techniques and formations of Kite flying champions from Italy, Brazil and China. The visitors to the festival will get FREE gifts and one lucky winner from the public will get a FREE holiday at Cocoon Maldives.
