• What's Not Included: The 25% discount does not apply to additional meal supplements, the mandatory Green Tax, or Seaplane transfer charges.

• New Bookings Only: This offer is for new bookings only. Existing bookings cannot be cancelled and re-booked to claim this discount, and name changes on existing reservations are not permitted.

• Deposit & Payment: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% balance is due upon your arrival at the resort.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • 30+ days before arrival: No charge.

  • Between 29 days and 1 day before arrival: 50% of the total stay cost.

  • On arrival day or no-show: 100% of the total stay cost.
