Euro-Divers Opens Its Doors to Guests at Alila Kothaifaru Maldives

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives is excited to announce the opening of the Euro-Divers dive center in one of the northern atolls in the archipelago!

Alila Kothaifaru Maldives retreat lies at the northern edge of the Maldives in the tranquil Raa Atoll, reached via a panoramic 45-minute seaplane voyage from Male airport. The island has 80 all-pool-villas, 36 of which are overwater with a private pool for your enjoyment and 44 beachfront villas designed seamlessly to immerse guests in the natural surroundings.

The Raa Atoll and Alila Kothaifaru offer great snorkeling and diving options to explore rich marine life, from healthy corals to sharks and manta rays.

Alila’s house reef is also home to many different species of marine life and is easily accessible. Snorkelers and scuba divers can explore at their own pace.

The resort's PADI 5 Star Dive Center offers a wide range of PADI courses to all experience levels and is suitable for eight-year-olds and above. Situated in one of the deeper Atolls in the Maldives, about 20 great dive sites near the resort await divers’ exploration. The journey to the dive sites takes around 10 minutes to a maximum of one hour by our spacious traditional Maldivian dhoni boat.
