It has been a wonderful time for couples at Komandoo Maldives since the resort re-opened and it has been great to welcome back so many of a beloved repeater guests as well as meeting lots of new friends. The island is almost at full occupancy for this month but, as you stroll along the deserted beaches, you’d be forgiven for thinking it’s empty – Komandoo always has the ‘away from it all’ ambiance and ‘full’ is still ‘quiet’ here!
Recently, we joined forces with the team at Prodivers for the annual Clean Up the World event where our eco-conscious Champions and guests joined the dive team to snorkel the lagoon areas to remove any debris washed in by the currents. It’s vital for the marine life that we continuously remove anything that doesn’t belong in the natural environment, and we’d like to thank all those who helped us. Moving forwards through October we are looking forward to International Chef’s Day on 20th , and the team are busy planning the Halloween celebration for the end of the month.
Keep any eye out on our social media channels for soon-to-be-released images of our newly renovated and gorgeous-looking Ocean Jacuzzi Water Villas – but, a word of warning, your finger may start to hover over the ‘book now’ button once you see them!
