July has been great for our local community and Muslims worldwide as we celebrated EID UL-ADHA, one of the holiest holidays of the Islamic calendar. In addition, July 26 will see the Maldives celebrate 57 years of Independence which Veligandu will celebrate with pride.

This year, Maldives celebrates the 50th Anniversary of Tourism in the Maldives. Last 50 years, a lot has changed in the Maldives Tourism industry. Paradise!

"You can’t ask for a more perfect place to stay in the Maldives.
The house reef is wonderful- we snorkelled with turtles, rays and sharks just outside our water bungalow. The staff are fantastic and have a perfect balance between checking in on you and giving you space.

They think of all the little things to make your stay extra special!
The food is fantastic and the executive chef really went out of his way to cater for my gluten intolerance, which was hugely appreciated!
The island isn’t too big or too small and never feels crowded, so a perfect location.
Can’t recommend enough!"
