SAMANA Developers, a prominent Dubai-based property developer, has unveiled its highly anticipated waterfront project, SAMANA Ocean Views Interiors by ELIE SAAB, in the Maldives. This exclusive development marks SAMANA Developers’ debut in the branded residence market and represents the first collaboration between the developer and the renowned fashion house ELIE SAAB in the region. Set within the stunning Maldivian archipelago, the project will spans 507,651 square feet and includes a selection of 190 meticulously designed residences.

The development offers a variety of luxury accommodations, including beachfront villas, over-water bungalows, and poolside apartments, all featuring private pools or Jacuzzis. Designed for ultimate privacy and exclusivity, the island resort provides a secure, tranquil environment, with the residences offering panoramic views of the ocean and surrounding natural beauty.

The interior designs, envisioned by ELIE SAAB, blend timeless elegance with modern sophistication. The residences are characterised by neutral tones, luxurious fabrics, and finely crafted finishes, reflecting the designer’s signature aesthetic. The ELIE SAAB Maison furniture collection will also be integrated into the project, specially designed to complement the Maldivian environment. As described by Massimiliano Ferrari, CEO of Corporate Brand Maison, the collection is crafted with exceptional Italian craftsmanship to ensure harmony between the interiors and the tropical surroundings.

In addition to the luxury residences, the resort will feature an array of high-end amenities, including a world-class spa, fine dining options offering Arabic and Japanese cuisines, and extensive water sports and diving facilities. The development will also include multiple swimming pools and family-friendly activities, providing a comprehensive lifestyle experience for its residents. Sustainability initiatives, such as coral restoration programmes, are also integrated into the project to support environmental preservation.
