Cora Cora Maldives launches New Japanese Menu at Teien®

Teien®, the award-winning Japanese Restaurant in the Maldives at Cora Cora resort, has unveiled its eagerly anticipated new menu, promising an unparalleled dining experience for guests seeking the epitome of Japanese cuisine infused with innovation and tradition.

Renowned for its commitment to excellence, Teien® has curated a captivating array of new additions that harmonise authentic flavours with contemporary flair, ensuring a culinary journey tantalising the senses. The new menu features fish from the Raa Atoll, freshly caught using traditional fish dhonis. The restaurant continues its commitment to conserving endangered species and selects only the freshest reef fish and Yellowfin tuna from Dhuvaafaru and Ungoofaaru Island Fishermen.

Exciting New Additions:

• Wakame & Edamame: The culinary adventure begins with the freshest flavours of Teien®’s meticulously prepared Wakame salad or Edamame’s wholesome goodness for a delightful meal start.
• Savour the Soups: Guests can dive into a world of rich umami with a diverse selection of soups, including the classic Miso, soul-soothing Ramen, comforting Soba, and hearty Udon, each crafted to perfection by their skilled chefs.
• Enhanced Kushiyaki Selection: The art of grilling can be experienced with Teien®’s revamped Kushiyaki selection, where every skewer promises succulent bites infused with smoky goodness, elevating the dining experience to new heights.
• Exclusive Special Menu Options: The dining experience is elevated with Teien®’s exclusive special menu options, available on a chargeable basis. With Jumbo Tiger Prawns and exquisite melt-in-your-mouth Tajima Wagyu, guests can explore many other tantalising choices meticulously curated for discerning palates.
