One of the Koolest personal trainers in Europe is coming back to Kandima Maldives! Ewa Chodakowska will host her third Wellness Week at the resort's urban activity jungle form 1st to 7th November 2021..
The event will involve daily training sessions in the morning & afternoon, healthy meal plans curated by the official BeBio dietitian; individual measurements of the body composition, lectures on healthy nutrition and interpreting the measurements results at the event.

Her fitness empire begun in 2012 with training videos, in which she was motivating women to exercise in a positive way. Today she also offers DVDs, books, sport equipment, dieting system and active travel projects. She’s the founder of the fitness platform BeActive TV, online shop- BEBIO Shop and runs massive workouts in the open air- Be Active Tour. In 2021 she set herself a goal changing children's eating habits and create training for the youngest.
