Simon Joublanc brings to Baglioni Maldives a wealth of culinary expertise acquired over two decades. His career has traversed continents, beginning with his tenure as Sous Chef at the renowned Michelin-starred Gordon Ramsay restaurants. He has since held Executive Chef positions at prestigious hospitality brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Intercontinental, and most recently, Six Senses in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
A native of France, Chef Joublanc discovered his passion for the culinary arts, leading him to pursue studies in Hospitality Administration and Management at the Culinary Institute of America. He is known for fostering high-performance teams, crafting unique culinary concepts, and presenting food in distinctive and memorable ways.
