An affordable luxury getaway Furaveri Maldives celebrated GlobalWellness Day with a series of complimentary activities, prioritizing the holistic well-being of its esteemed guests.

To kick-start the day on a tranquil note, Furaveri Maldives organized a captivating TaiChi session at the idyllic Watersports Beach Area from 7 am to 8 am. Led by the esteemed resident Taichi master, Krishna, the session provided a rejuvenating experience for participants. Taichi, a renowned Chinese exercise system, employs slow and seamless body movements, harnessing the principles of YIN and YANG energy. Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, this ancient practice has been revered for its ability to prevent and cure diseases while fostering a better quality of life. Participants were encouraged to embody the five essential qualities: slowness to develop awareness, lightness for graceful movements, balance to prevent strain, calmness for continuity, and clarity to focus the mind.

As the day drew to a close, Furaveri Maldives continued its commitment to wellness by conducting an exquisite Oxigeno session from 5 pm to 6 pm. Guided by the resident yoga and gym instructor, Priya, this Body &Mind program integrated the principles of Pilates, Yoga, and Functional Training. Participants experienced a transformative journey as harmonious and flowing movements, intimately connected to their breath, enhanced their flexibility, strength, and mobility. Accompanied by soft and soothing music, the session provided a serene ambience, allowing guests to connect with their inner selves and attain a state of peace and serenity. OXIGENO became the gateway to a better quality of life for all who partook in this unique experience.
