As is usual at Komandoo has had another fantastic month with many of you enjoying your much-deserved Maldives holidays. The last month has flown by in flurry of activity, from the preparation for Easter celebrations for the guests later this month, to the Eid celebration marking the end of Ramadan for many of the island's champions. Guests who were staying at Komandoo on 22nd March joined in celebrating Earth Hour as the team hosted ‘The Lighting of Candles for Earth Hour 60+’ and switched off the lights for one hour. Earth Hour is marked by millions of people across the world at 20.30 local time, creating a spectacular wave of darkness with a common goal of raising awareness of plight of planet Earth. Meet a New General Manager: Ahmed Naseem

Great Adults Only Hotel

"We spent a great vacation in Komandoo. It is a barefoot island with lots of vegetation, very calm and relaxing. The beach if very nice and clean and swimming in the lagoon is beautiful. The house reef is very nice and snorkeling great, lots of beautiful fish, turtles and sharks. The Restaurant food buffet is different on every evening with a large choice of dishes which were all delicious. All the Champions are very friendly and looked after us with care and professionalism. The island it is not over crowded with an air of exclusivity although very relaxed. the ideal place to disconnect and let your soul recharge. This small, exquisite island is wonderfully tranquil, allowing you to unwind completely, We are looking forward to come back."
