Pritzker Prize Winner Shigeru Ban to Design Ultra Luxury Resort-Residences: Infinite Maldives

The Cocoon Collection continues to expand its presence in Maldives with the signing of a momentous collaboration with Pritzker Prize Winner Shigeru Ban to design and develop an ultra-luxury Resort-Residence in the Maldives.

Named Infinite Maldives, the island lies just a 40 min speedboat ride away from the Velana International Airport. The private island resort sits nestled within North Male Atoll, in the great company of exceptional brands such as Ritz Carlton and Patina Maldives. The Resort will be operated by The Cocoon Collection and will feature 49 exquisite Residences, in a combination of both 1 and 2 Bedroom Land and Water Villas. The island resort will harness the best in the world of cuisine, wellness, adventure, and nature to give investors and travelers a truly world class experience. Featuring restaurants, bars, spas and wellness centers; the island is poised to be the next bright star in the Maldives.

Operated by The Cocoon Collection of the Maldives, The Residences will be available for ownership and will generate returns to its buyers. It will be one of the first dedicated Resort Residences in the region. This has incredible upside to the savvy investor of today, merging an investment vehicle with a leisure product.
