Costa Cruises to restart sailing from India to Maldives

Costa Cruises, the Italian cruise line, is set to restart its cruise from India to the Maldives on November 18, 2023, with the Costa Serena. The cruise will also look to extend the season until January 10, 2024, with one itinerary to Mumbai-Cochin-Maldives-Mumbai.

The Costa Serena will depart from Mumbai every week and sail to the Maldives, with a stop in Kochi on the return journey. The cruise will offer a seven-night itinerary, with two days in the Maldives and one day in Kochi.

Guests on the cruise will be able to enjoy the beautiful beaches of the Maldives, as well as the many activities on offer, such as snorkeling, diving, and fishing.

The cruise is expected to be popular with Indian travelers, as it offers a convenient and affordable way to visit the Maldives. The cruise is also a good option for families, as it offers a variety of activities for all ages.

Costa Serena features 1500 cabins in total, including 505 with private balconies and 58 suites. The ship houses 5 restaurants,10 bars and a Cigar lounge. Costa Serena also has a wellness centre, gym, thermal baths, thalassotherapy pool, treatment rooms for spa, Turkish bath, 5 hot tubs, 4 swimming pools including two with automatic cover, 5 jacuzzis, a casino and a soccer field.
FREE Cruise for kids below 18 years, up to 2 kids when sharing a cabin with 2 full paying adults, only pay mandatory port chargers and onboard gratuity. However, this offer is not valid for peak sailings.
No passport or visa is required for Indian nationals sailing with Costa Serena on India sailings.
